¨       Absolutely no smoking inside. Outside smoking only. All cigarette butts must be picked up.

¨       Total house capacity not to exceed twenty (20) persons at any one time.

¨       House must be left in clean condition ( Linens do not need to be washed)

¨       Absolutely no pets. No Exceptions.

¨       For all Units, put garbage out in front of 6171 / Clark House on driveway side on Sunday

¨       Local outgoing phone calls only. No long distance / regional service available on house phones.
