House Rules:

1.    No smoking in any of our houses.  No exceptions.
2.    Please remove all shoes in entrance/mudroom area.
3.    Clean up after all guests after your stay.
4.    Please turn off all lights, close all windows and lock all doors after your stay.
5.    No pets. No exceptions.
6.    Please, no more than 5 vehicles on Clark House property.
7.    Please, no more than 3 vehicles per unit on Crown/Royal Suite property.
8.    If you stay on Sunday, please bring properly contained garbage to curb.
9.    Please do not block garage on Crown/Royal Suite property.
10.  No skis anywhere inside house.  Lockers are located on porch with Crown/Royal Suite property.
   


Clark House Hot Tub Rules:

1.    Please no glass or food in or around hot tub.
2.    Please put cover back on tub when not in use.
3.    Turn all jets and blower off when not in use.
4.    Please turn temperature down to 80 degrees after your stay.
