The Crown Penthouse Suite

The Crown Penthouse Suite is a newer, beautifully laid-out, open-concept 2nd-floor penthouse that is part of a duplex located directly above an identical suite. The location is fabulously situated between Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. It is a 1/2 mile to the main light in the village and 0.7 miles to Holiday Valley. The layout is very comfortable for everyone wanting to be together while sitting by the fireplace with a nice glass of wine, cooking in the kitchen, relaxing at the bar, or having a great meal at the dining room table. In the corner next to the French Doors is a beautiful bar with four (4) very comfortable stools to enjoy your favorite drink or talk about all the fun memories you are creating in Ellicottville. Enjoy the view from the living room windows and watch the skiers glide down Holiday Valley's "Sunrise" slope.

The Crown Penthouse Suite has three (3) bedrooms with a total of six (6) beds that sleep a total of nine (9) people. The Crown Master has a Queen size sleigh bed, the Crown Comfy room has a Queen size bed, and the Crown Family room has three (3) Twin size beds and one (1) full-size bed. There is the capacity for two (2) more guests if you decide to use the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. (Please bring your own bedding for the sleeper sofa if you use it for an added sleeping area). There are two (2) full-size bathrooms located in the Master Suite and by the dining area.

There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Just beyond the French doors is a covered deck with a table that seats six (6) to enjoy seasonal weather. A Weber Grill is located on the deck as well.

The backyard is sizeable and private, giving you much room for outdoor fun and games. There is a large concrete and stone firepit with eight (8) Amish-made Adirondack chairs to enjoy on those cozy nights (please bring your own wood). The backyard and firepit are shared with the guests in the Royal Suite below you. There is also a shared shed. Your side will fit a couple of bikes, skis, etc. (Please bring a padlock if you want to lock your things in it). In case of a power outage, this property is equipped with a whole house generator, assuring you we are making every effort you will never be without electricity.
